Tahlia and Danny … 8.3.15
I ask my potential clients to email me their love story and some snaps together. This gives me the chance to know them a little. So get a feel for them. It is just as important to me that they are the right fit for me, as it is that I am for them. I’ve just read back over Tahlia and Danny’s story and I smiled and giggled as I did so. It is funny how words on an email become real as you get to know a couple a little.
I won’t tell the whole story as it is not mine to tell but my favourite bit is the proposal. Tahlia is a super organized girl and so that made the proposal quite the challenge ;). Danny convinced Tahlia not to go to the gym on a Sunday morning and to stay and go out to breaky instead. They went to a favourite café and then for a walk on the beach. Danny apparently was getting very quiet but Tahlia didn’t tweak. He then read Tahlia a poem ( which they do for each other often, funny poems ) and it asked her to marry him. How incredibly sweet 🙂
They fell in love with Waverley Estate after an impromptu drive to Port Elliot Bakery and toyed with the idea of getting hitched there. Soon it became a reality and they had a relaxed, garden party with a 1950s feel with lots of flowers, bulb lights, great food, wine, dancing and laughs.
I felt pretty honoured to document this very special and beautiful day
